I really enjoyed working with Lance. He did an excellent job for us. He knew the area well. He was very personable and made the entire process of selling our house so easy. From coaching us on how to present the house to taking excellent pictures and writing up the description for the posting, no one could have made a better presentation than Lance. He put it on the market in June and we closed in August. Best of all, he negotiated the price we wanted. I highly recommend him as an outstanding realtor!

I first contacted Lance for help with finding a rental home as we were not sure if we could buy a new home right away. He was willing to help us find something temporary until we found a permanent home. Fortunately, we were able to get pre-approved for a new home and Lance as well as his sister, Gina, helped us find a new home right away. We made an offer on a home that we did not get but Lance kept working with us until we found another home and made another offer on. We were blessed to have our second offer accepted and Lance helped us through the entire contract process as well as the closing. His office even helped us sign and notarize closing documents for our old house we sold in Brownsville, Texas. I really appreciate everything Lance and his sister did for our family to find us a new home and assist us with the buying process here in San Angelo especially since my wife and my family are new to the area.
